Production and Delivery Information

At Velvet Sky of Dreams, the delivery time for our jewelry is based on the production time needed in our atelier. You can find the production time and additional product information next to each product. Additionally, the production time of your order is also displayed at the bottom of your invoice. Please note that this period is calculated without including shipping days. We kindly ask you to plan accordingly and reach out to us directly at valesca@velvetsky.nl if you are in a time crunch or have any questions regarding shipping.

National Orders:

All orders within The Netherlands will be handled by PostNL and provided with a track & trace code. A signature will be required upon arrival, and packages will only be delivered to the shipping address or a PostNL pick-up point. The track & trace code will be sent to you by email from PostNL immediately after your package has been shipped from our atelier. Shipping costs for orders within The Netherlands are EUR 9.50 and will be specified on your invoice. PostNL aims to deliver packages within 2 business days after you receive the track & trace code. Please note that this delivery timeframe is provided by PostNL as an estimate, and we cannot guarantee delivery times based on this information. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage, or loss once the package has left our atelier and is transferred to our carrier.

International Orders:

All international orders will be handled by FedEx Priority Service and provided with a track & trace code. This code will be sent to you by email from FedEx once your package has been shipped from our atelier. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination, and these costs will be specified on your invoice. If you do not see your destination address listed, please email us at valesca@velvetsky.nl, and we will assist you with your order. Please be aware that additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country's specific requirements. Similar to national orders, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage, or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier.
