Returns & Repairs:

At Velvet Sky of Dreams, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy within 14 days of your order's arrival. To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the item is unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that after this 14-day period, we are unable to accept returns on any jewelry.

Please be aware that our made-to-order jewelry, engraved items, and solid gold jewelry are not eligible for exchange or return. We also cannot accept liability for any international duties and taxes incurred during the return process.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at valesca@velvetsky.nl with your request. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date, and the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges and custom fees. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for added security, although we do not accept liability for any shipping loss or damage.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout at www.velvetsky.nl. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Repairs:

At Velvet Sky of Dreams, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer complimentary repairs or replacements for faulty items within 3 months of purchase. To request a repair or replacement, please email valesca@velvetsky.nl with your name, order number, and a picture of the damage.
